4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers right-handed pitcher Tony Gonsolin will get the nod in Friday's contest versus the Diamondbacks in Arizona. He's spent the beginning of the season with the club's taxi squad and will now take over for Alex Wood in the starting rotation. It's unclear how long he'll stay there, however, since he bounced back and forth from the bullpen to the rotation in 2019. Gonsolin may be limited to a pitch count in his debut, but he's got the arm to post stellar numbers on Friday, and for the rest of the season as a part of one of the league's best teams.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
