3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Tony Gonsolin (shoulder) threw about 25 pitches on Thursday. The 27-year-old has been out for a few weeks with right shoulder soreness, so at least he is moving in the right direction. Skipper Dave Roberts was pleased with the outcome of the recent session, reporting that all of Gonsolin's throws were fastballs and that he was "feeling strong" afterward. The righty has compiled a 2.78 ERA and 42 strikeouts throughout 10 games this season. However, he still may have a way to go before getting back on the bump. As a result, fantasy managers in shallower formats without room to spare would surely be justified by parting ways with him.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
