6 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Torrey Smith (knee) has been ruled out for Week 9 against the Buccaneers. It'll be Smith's second straight missed game. Rookie D.J. Moore stepped up in a nice way in Week 8 and should do the same again this Sunday in a juicy matchup against Tampa's extra soft secondary.
