6 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Torrey Smith (knee) remained out of practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Smith missed the Week 8 game and is well on his way to missing his second straight contest. Rookie D.J. Moore stepped into a bigger role and didn't disappoint. Even if Smith is able to play against the Buccaneers this weekend, Moore is the better fantasy option and was likely one of the more popular waiver additions this week.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
