Touki Toussaint Tosses Solid Outing Versus Marlins
3 years agoAtlanta Braves starting pitcher Touki Toussaint lived up to the hype during Monday's game against the Miami Marlins. He went 6 1/3 innings, three hits allowed, two earned runs, two walks, and seven strikeouts in the 12-2 victory. The biggest takeaway was the fact that Toussaint was able to limit the amount of walks he surrendered. That has been the biggest problem for him in his young career. Toussaint will carry a 4.01 ERA, 35/11 K/BB ratio in 33 2/3 innings next his next outing versus the Baltimore Orioles. He's a decent streaming choice in mixed leagues for that matchup.
