Travis Etienne Jr. Misses Practice With Illness
2 years agoJacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. (illness) was not at practice on Tuesday due to an illness. The 23-year-old has already been ruled out of Thursday's Hall of Fame game against the Las Vegas Raiders, however, he would have been held out of action regardless. In his absence, John Shipley reports that rookie running back Snoop Conner has been getting some time with the first-team offense in team drills. There have been reports that James Robinson (Achilles) is still viewed as the team's lead back, but there is still enough to go around for Etienne to produce solid RB2 numbers for fantasy managers this season. The former Clemson collegiate star figures to be the primary pass-catching back, which gives him more appeal in PPR formats than his backfield mate.
