6 years agoKansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is coming off an excellent 1,000-yard campaign in 2017. However, Patrick Mahomes is replacing Alex Smith under center, so it's unclear if Kelce will be targeted at the same volume. The Chargers pass defense is strong, and only gave up three touchdowns to tight ends last season. DFS players should not use Kelce in Week 1, but it's going to be tough to avoid using him in other formats unless you have a reliable backup tight end. Kelce has become one of the best tight ends in the league, but the Chargers defend well against tight ends.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
