7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers third baseman Travis Shaw went 1-for-4 in the 6-4 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates. After having a torrid start where it seemed like Shaw couldn't keep his bat off the ball, he has now gone 2-for-25 in his last seven games for a .080 batting average. Similarly, in his last 15 games, he has gone  10-for-48 for a .208 batting average. However, he also hit four home runs during that time period. He will most certainly come back around eventually, but owners will need to be patient right now with the All-Star third baseman. He should be owned in all formats, however, it may be wise to put him on your bench while he solves this slump.--Caden Inaba
