2 years agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Travis Swaggerty is making his major league debut on Tuesday, starting in center field and batting ninth against Detroit Tigers left-hander Tarik Skubal. Swaggerty was brought up from Triple-A Indianapolis on Saturday after hitting .280/.362/.439 with four home runs, 22 RBI and five stolen bases in 35 games for Indianapolis. The former first-rounder is listed by MLB Pipeline as the team's No. 13 prospect, and the left-handed hitter has plenty of raw power and a solid approach at the plate, but it remains to be seen how long he'll remain on Pittsburgh's MLB roster. Swaggerty won't have a ton of DFS appeal on Tuesday in the nine-hole in his debut.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
