4 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Trent Grisham went 4-for-5 Saturday against the Houston Astros, hammering three homers and collecting six RBI. Grisham started his monster night with a leadoff homer in the first inning against starter Brandon Bielak, then smashed a three-run job the next frame. With the Friars up 11-2 in the seventh, Grisham completed the hat trick with a two-run blast. The 23-year-old hadn’t gone deep since August 3 but the huge night puts him at seven long balls, 34 runs-plus-RBI and four steals for the season while slashing .271/.381/.533 in 127 plate appearances. Exhibiting excellent plate discipline and batting atop a loaded lineup, Grisham deserves attention in all fantasy formats.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
