4 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Trent Grisham went 3-for-5 with a triple, home run, three runs scored and two RBI Sunday against the Colorado Rockies. After singling to spark a first-inning rally, Grisham recorded an RBI triple in the second before smashing an eighth-inning 420-foot solo blast in the 13-2 blowout. Settling in as the Friars leadoff man, Grisham is slashing .252/.346/.496 with eight homers, four steals and 52 runs-plus-RBI in 160 plate appearances.
