5 years agoAfter a disappointing 2018 campaign, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Trent Taylor hopes the arrival of new wideout coach Wes Welker can round him back into form. Taylor showed promise in his 2017 rookie season but a lingering back injury held him to just 215 receiving yards last year. Taylor, who emulated Welker as a pocket-sized slot receiver in college and the pros, expects to learn from the former All-Pro’s precise routes and explosiveness. Taylor believes he’s finally 100 percent and ready to rebound after a frustrating season. As RotoBaller’s 150th-ranked wideout, Taylor is well off the fantasy radar but should have the opportunity to contribute if he emerges from a crowded receiving corps in San Francisco.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
