5 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Tre'Quan Smith is not recommended in Week 17 against the Carolina Panthers. Smith has only 178 receiving yards this year but has managed to find the end zone four times. The 23-year-old hasn't seen more than four targets in a game this year and has a scarily-low floor. While he could find the end zone against Carolina, it's best not to count on it when setting lineups this week.--Tim Capurso
