3 years agoPittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Trevor Cahill (foot) will be out of the rotation for an undisclosed amount of time, Jason Mackey of Post-Gazette Sports reported Wednesday. Cahill fractured his foot when he slipped and fell down the dugout steps at Oracle Park in San Francisco last Friday and is using crutches to walk. The 33-year-old righty also sustained a left calf strain earlier in the season that took him out of the rotation. Between the injuries and his inflated 6.57 ERA, fantasy managers who haven't moved on from Cahill yet have the green light to do so.--Chelena Goldman
