4 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Trevor Larnach was called up from Triple-A St. Paul on Friday in a corresponding move with Byron Buxton's placement on the 10-day injured list. Larnach was ranked as the 69th-best prospect by MLB.com and has appeared in three games at the Triple-A level in 2021, batting .231 with a pair of homers and four RBI. The 24-year-old figures to compete for at-bats in the outfield with Byron Buxton (hip) on the 10-day injured list. Larnach is active for Friday's game against the Tigers.--Tim Capurso
