3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars star rookie quarterback Trevor Lawrence lines up to face the Houston Texans in Week 1, and it's hard to imagine a better matchup, as the Texans have the NFL's lowest projected win total. The Texans allowed the fourth-most points to opposing signal-callers in 2020, and they project to regress even further as a defense in 2021. The team already lacked talent on the defensive side of the ball, but after trading Bradley Roby to the Saints on Wednesday, their lack of talent is staggering to think about. Lawrence should have plenty of time to throw and plenty of open receivers to find. Interestingly, the Jaguars are only three-point favorites in this one, but Lawrence still projects as a low-end QB1 in his NFL debut and a closer game could bode well for more passing attempts.--Casey Kamholz
