3 years agoMiami Marlins starting pitcher Trevor Rogers has been placed on the injured list. The 23-year-old doesn't currently have an official designation, so many are suspecting it is COVID-19 related. While it is unknown if he tested positive for the virus, was exposed, or is dealing with vaccine side effects, the news is unfortunate, especially after he struck out eight Rockies' batters on Thursday.
