3 years agoBoston Red Sox second baseman Trevor Story is starting at second base and hitting sixth in the batting order in his regular season debut with the Red Sox on Opening Day on Friday against New York Yankees right-hander Gerrit Cole. Story hit mostly third in his final season with the Colorado Rockies. The 29-year-old power speed threat will still have plenty of opportunities to drive in runs in this potent Boston lineup, and he'll also gain second base eligibility for fantasy managers in 2022. Moving away from hitter-friendly Coors Field is a downer, but Story shouldn't be downgraded all that much in his new home as a top-five fantasy shortstop.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
