3 years agoColorado Rockies shortstop Trevor Story will remain with the team with the trade deadline having passed, according to Mark Feinsand of MLB Network. Feinsand adds that the team intends to make a qualifying offer to Story after the season, and will collect a compensatory draft pick if he signs elsewhere. So after much speculation heading into today, the Rockies will hang onto both Story and starting pitcher Jon Gray after all.
