2 years agoBoston Red Sox second baseman Trevor Story (finger) remains out of the starting lineup on Friday against the division-rival New York Yankees. It will be the third straight game missed for Story, but the Red Sox are hopeful he won't need to go on the injured list right before the All-Star break next week. The 29-year-old remains a must-start in fantasy when he's on the field, but fantasy managers may not have him available again until the second half of the season begins. Jeter Downs will get another start at the 6 and is hitting ninth on Friday against Yankees left-hander Jordan Montgomery. Friday will only be Downs' seventh major league game. He has three hits, two RBI, one walk and seven strikeouts in his first 17 big-league plate appearances.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
