4 years agoColorado Rockies shortstop Trevor Story went 0-for-3 with two strikeouts in Thursday's win over the Angels. Story was having a solid spring but is now in the midst of a slump, as he has one hit- a home run- in his last 13 at-bats with four strikeouts compared to two walks. While it might make some fantasy managers uneasy that his spring slump is occurring with Opening Day right around the corner, there's nothing to be worried about with the 28-year-old star. Few can match Story when it comes to statistical production, as he averaged 149 games played, 89 runs scored, 32 home runs, 92 RBI, 19 stolen bases, and a .276 batting average over his last three full seasons. He's being selected around the end of the first round/beginning of the second, which is a great place to target him.--Tim Capurso
