5 years agoColorado Rockies shortstop Trevor Story (thumb) will need more than 10 days to return from the injured list, according to manager Bud Black. Story, who has been on the IL since June 20, was originally hoping to return when first eligible but it sounds like the organization wants him to play some rehab games first which will delay his return to late next week. Garrett Hampson will continue to get most of the reps at shortstop and is a very attractive add in fantasy with the team playing it's next six games at home.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
