Trey Burton Can Score In Multiple Ways
6 years agoChicago Bears tight end Trey Burton will go up against a Cardinals defense in Week 3 that has already allowed two touchdowns to opposing tight ends through two games. Burton scored his first touchdown in a Bears uniform in Week 2 on a nifty shovel pass from quarterback Mitch Trubisky in the red zone. Burton even took a snap from the wildcat and picked up a first down with his legs during the game. His lack of targets is concerning for fantasy owners but Burton's versatility makes him an intriguing player moving forward. He can score catching the football, running the football and even throwing the football (see: Super Bowl XXXIX). The arrow is pointing up for Burton, who has a shot at top-10 tight end status for Week 3.
