Trey Burton Leads Bears With 55 Receiving Yards
6 years agoChicago Bears tight end Trey Burton caught four passes for 55 yards in the Bears 16-14 comeback win on the road against the Cardinals. Burton came up with some excellent catches in traffic as quarterback Mitch Trubisky is slowly beginning to look his way. Burton has disappointed slightly through the first three games after many expected him to be a target-monster in the revamped Bears offense. But the unit is still a work in progress and Burton continues to make positive plays when given the chance. The Bears will have to air it out next week against the Buccaneers and Burton's ranking will be on the rise.
