3 years agoBaltimore Orioles first baseman/outfielder Trey Mancini had a great showing in Monday's 2021 Home Run Derby, finishing second to defending champion Pete Alonso. He hit 22 long balls in the final round and 59 throughout the entire competition, but it wasn't enough to beat the Polar Bear. It was a memorable evening for fans and for Mancini, who missed the 2020 season due to colon cancer. He has brought the power so far this season, slashing .256/.331/.460 with 16 HR and 55 RBI. He has delivered fantasy value to this point and should continue to do so in the second half.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
