4 years agoBaltimore Orioles first baseman/outfielder Trey Mancini received a standing ovation in his first Spring Training at-bat Sunday against the Pirates in what was his first since March 2020. Mancini spent the entirety of the 2020 season receiving treatment for colon cancer, so this at-bat was an emotional one. Mancini finished the at-bat by singling to center field. He ended up going 1-for-2 with a strikeout and also made a throwing error in his first action back. The good news is that Mancini is getting back in the action and should return to being an impact fantasy player once again so long as he is healthy.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
