Trey Mancini Stays Hot Early, Hits Third Home Run
6 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder/first baseman Trey Mancini provided all of his team's runs in Wednesday's 5-3 loss to the Blue Jays, going 1-for-4 with a three-run home run and a strikeout. Mancini smashed a ninth-inning Daniel Hudson fastball to straightaway center for his third HR of the season. The 27-year-old now has a .417/.400/.833 slash line with eight RBI in 25 plate appearances. He has yet to draw a walk, but that is the only negative thing to be said. If Mancini can continue to hit the ball, he will be one of the few O's players that fantasy players can feel confident about on a consistent basis.
