6 years agoBaltimore Orioles first baseman/outfielder Trey Mancini had a nice day at the plate in Friday's 7-1 loss to the Angels, going 3-for-3 with two singles, a double, and a walk batting leadoff. He is hitting just .234 for the season but has stepped it up lately, batting .391 in his last seven games. While he has just two extra-base hits in that span, the increase in production is a welcome sight for fantasy owners. Mancini will look to continue his hot streak against a middling Angels pitching staff.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
