Triple-A Hasn't Cooled Off Joey Wiemer
2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfield prospect Joey Wiemer continued his impressive season with two home runs in a 2-for-4 performance for Triple-A Nashville. Wiemer is arguably the club's top prospect and his recent promotion to Nashville hasn't slowed him down one bit. In 20 games since his promotion, Wiemer has hit .240 with four homers and 17 RBI. Overall, Wiemer has hit .248 with 19 homers, 64 RBI and 19 stolen bases between Double-A and Triple-A. Wiemer is knocking on the door of the big leagues and should be rostered in all dynasty leagues. Those in redraft leagues could consider stashing Wiemer, but he would need everyday at-bats to make a potential impact down the stretch.
