Troy Scribner Shows No Control In Losing Effort
7 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Troy Scribner went 3 2/3 innings pitched, giving up four hits, two earned runs, and six walks while striking out four in the 2-1 loss to the Washington Nationals. With Scribner rocking a 2.73 WHIP in this start, it was quite evident his control was nowhere near where he wanted it to be and it resulted in him reaching 98 pitches before the fourth inning ended. If Scribner makes another start, he should not be owned or streamed after watching this performance.
