Tucker Davidson Shut Down For A Bit
3 years agoAtlanta Braves starting pitcher Tucker Davidson (forearm) was placed on the injured list on Thursday. The southpaw left Tuesday's start because of forearm tightness and will now be shut down for the next 10 days before being reevaluated. It's feasible that the team won't take any chances with the 25-year-old, who is currently sitting on a 3.6 ERA throughout four starts, so he may not be back on the hill for at least a few turns through the rotation. It's unknown who will take Davidson's spot in the order, although skipper Brian Snitker may play the matchups moving forward.
