3 years agoLos Angeles Rams rookie wide receiver Tutu Atwell was placed on the team's Reserve/COVID-19 list on Monday afternoon. The second-round pick was among the rookies that reported to camp on Sunday, but he was put into the isolation protocols on Monday afternoon. A policy agreement between the NFL and the NFLPA does not allow for teams to comment on the medical status of the player, and they may only comment on his roster status. Atwell figured to have a role in the team's offense this year as somewhat of a gadget-style player along with being a wideout that could take the top off of the defense with his speed. The rest of the team will officially open camp on Wednesday, and the hope is that Atwell will be able to return sooner rather than later. With plenty of bodies ahead of him on the receiver depth chart in LA, Atwell doesn't project for fantasy value in redraft leagues in 2021.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
