6 years agoBoston Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask will be the starting goaltender for Saturday's road game against the Buffalo Sabres, head coach Bruce Cassidy confirmed on Friday. The team's starting netminder for the Winter Classic on Tuesday in Chicago has yet to be determined, however. Rask enters Saturday's game with an 8-8-2 record, 2.72 goals-against average and .911 save percentage and that includes a loss in his only previous appearance against the Sabres on Dec. 16 when he yielded three goals on 26 shots in Beantown. With a poor showing Saturday, Rask might be an onlooker outdoors Tuesday with Jaroslav Halak potentially getting the nod. Stay tuned.--Daniel Dobish
