3 years agoNew York Jets running back Ty Johnson is battling with a handful of other backs for positioning on the depth chart. He struggled during the preseason opener and things didn't get much better for Johnson on Saturday. The former Detroit Lions running back rushed six times for 22 yards in the preseason victory over the Green Bay Packers. The Jets have plenty of options at running back, so it's unlikely all of them are going to have much value right away. Johnson is likely going to get lost in the shuffle and shouldn't have a significant role unless an injury or two happens.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
