Ty Johnson Scores Against Buccaneers
3 years agoNew York Jets running back Ty Johnson surprisingly put together a decent game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 17. He rushed five times for 35 yards and one touchdown in the loss. He also added three receptions for 47 yards through the air. Those 47 receiving yards were the second-most on the team during this contest. Sadly, the Jets have buried Johnson on the depth chart, which makes him a tough fantasy option to trust. Although, he could see a bigger workload with Michael Carter (concussion) and Tevin Coleman (protocols) both possibly out next week. Johnson might be a low-end flex option in PPR formats if both players are out against the Buffalo Bills in Week 18.
