5 years agoNew York Jets running back Ty Montgomery has been a non-factor in the offense through two weeks. Montgomery became a hot name early last week when starter Le'Veon Bell was listed as questionable with a shoulder injury, but Bell wound up playing Monday and out-touched Montgomery 31-6. Through two weeks, Montgomery has only five carries and three catches and has played less than 30 snaps so far this season. It's possible Montgomery earns more work as the season moves on if the Jets try and rest Bell, but for fantasy purposes, Montgomery has almost no value except as a handcuff to Bell.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
