6 years agoGreen Bay running back Ty Montgomery had two rushes for six yards in a Week 8 loss against the Los Angeles Rams. He added one catch for two yards on two targets. More crucially he fumbled the ball on a late game kickoff return. He made the ill-advised decision to take the ball out of the end zone on the return and sealed Green Bay’s loss. Montgomery is only used situationally and has not amassed a significant workload at any point this season. He has struggled on special teams and could lose that role once wide receiver Trevor Davis returns from injured reserve. Montgomery would only have fantasy value if there was a rash of injuries. He should not be started in any league and should not be rostered in most league formats.--Tyger McGuiggan
