3 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Ty Montgomery (illness) was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Thursday because of a positive test. Regardless of if he's vaccinated or not, Montgomery will likely miss his Week 14 matchup against the New York Jets. With running backs Alvin Kamara (knee) returning from injury this week, Montgomery was becoming a risky PPR play in deep leagues and DFS. Now the former Green Bay Packer can be dropped in most leagues. Furthermore, with it being Kamara's first game back from injury, it's reassuring that neither Ingram nor Montgomery will eat into his workload in such a favorable matchup against the Jets.--Jordan Eisen
