3 years agoPittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Tyler Anderson struggled in an 8-1 loss to the Nationals on Tuesday night, allowing six runs on 10 hits and one walk with four strikeouts over six innings. Ever since starting off the year strong by going 2-2 with a 3.38 ERA over five starts in April, Anderson has been wildly inconsistent over his last eight starts, going 1-5 with a 5.74 ERA over 47 innings of work. At this point Anderson has dropped down to only being a matchup dependent streaming option in deeper formats.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
