Tyler Boyd Poised to Dominate Early

5 years agoCincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd's current ADP according to NFFC data from drafts since Aug. 24 currently sits at 54 overall as the 24th receiver off the board. Reports out of Cincinnati are that A.J. Green is still using a kneeling scooter to get around and he may miss the first month of the season. Green went down in Week 8 of 2018 and from Week 8 on, Boyd had eight or more targets in four of seven games played without Green in the lineup. In that same span, Boyd scored three touchdowns and had 70 or more receiving yards in four of those games, and he did so without Andy Dalton at quarterback for some of those games, which makes those numbers even more impressive. With a healthy Tyler Eifert there to take attention from Boyd in the middle of the field, the arrow is pointing up for Boyd as a solid WR2. Right now, Boyd is being drafted in the same range as Cooper Kupp, Calvin Ridley, Allen Robinson and Alshon Jeffery.--Mike Riggall - RotoBaller
