4 years agoMinnesota Vikings tight end Tyler Conklin logged the first touchdown of his three-year career Sunday against Chicago, a 20-yard score in the fourth quarter. Conklin saw an increase in usage with Kyle Rudolph (foot) out of the mix, as he hauled in three receptions (on four targets) for 57 yards. Having been sparingly used for the vast majority of 2020, Conklin is coming on strong to finish the season, although he and Irv Smith Jr. are essentially canceling one another out when it comes to fantasy appeal over the final two weeks. With Minnesota set for a single-game DFS slate Christmas Day, Conklin could have some punt play appeal should Rudolph remain sidelined.--Jesse Borek
