7 years agoAtlanta Braves catcher Tyler Flowers agreed to a one-year contract extension that includes a team option on Tuesday. Flowers has had a down year in 2018 with a .225/.357/.335 slash line, five home runs and 20 RBI, but he remains a valuable backstop for the Braves in a tandem with Kurt Suzuki.
