Tyler Glasnow Beats Rain And White Sox
6 years agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Tyler Glasnow was absolutely filthy despite rainy conditions in the Rays win over the White Sox on Wednesday. His outing ended after six scoreless innings, 11 strikeouts, one walk, two hits and 85 pitches. Glasnow was consistently throwing 95 mph heat and had some serious movement on his breaking pitches. The White Sox aren't the toughest lineup to navigate, but this was still a very impressive outing. After three starts, Glasnow has three wins, an ERA of 0.53 and 21 strikeouts in 17 innings. His next start should be just as intriguing, as he lines up to face the Orioles next Wednesday.
