7 years agoTampa Bay Rays pitcher Tyler Glasnow, who was acquired from the Pirates on Tuesday, will start against the Angels on Wednesday. The Rays are hoping he can go two to four innings. Starting pitcher Jake Faria (oblique) has been activated from the disabled list and will also pitch in the game. The former top pitching prospect had a 4.34 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and career-high 11.6 K/9 in 56 relief inning for the Pirates this year. Because he won't go deep into his first start in 2018, Glasnow should be avoided for fantasy purposes. But he could regain fantasy value if the Rays stretch him out to be a starter for the rest of 2018 and beyond.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
