Tyler Higbee Restructures Contract
2 years agoLos Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee has agreed to restructure his current contract with the team. The Rams converted $4.75 million of his base salary into a signing bonus while adding three void years, creating $3.8 million in 2022 cap space. This move will provide the club with added flexibility entering the season. The 29-year-old is the clear-cut starter who figures to slot in behind Cooper Kupp and Allen Robinson II as the No. 3 option in the offense. After finishing with 61 catches for 560 yards and five touchdowns in 2021, he'll be a streaming candidate at the position.
