Tyler Kroft Quiet In Loss To Panthers
3 years agoNew York Jets tight end Tyler Kroft put together some nice performances during the preseason. Sadly, he wasn't able to carry that momentum into the regular season. Quarterback Zach Wilson was pressured all game long, so he was forced to throw short passes to his tight ends. Kroft finished with three receptions on five targets for 26 yards in the loss. Backup tight end Ryan Griffin actually finished with a better game, but both tight ends saw a decent amount of targets. Despite that, fantasy managers should consider both of them as desperation TE2 for Week 2.
