6 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Tyler Mahle took the loss in his Sunday start against the San Diego Padres. Mahle allowed four runs over six innings while racking up an impressive nine strikeouts. The young right-hander has pitched well for the Reds this season, posting a 0-2 record, 3.52 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, and 24 strikeouts in 23 innings of work. He is definitely worth a look in NL-only and deeper mixed leagues. Mahle will have his work cut out for him in his next start, which comes against the St. Louis Cardinals on Saturday.--Matt T - RotoBaller
