2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Tyler O'Neill (hamstring) could be reinstated from the 10-day injured list ahead of Friday's series opener against the Philadelphia Phillies. He has been sidelined since late June with a left hamstring strain. The 27-year-old is expected to return as the team's everyday left fielder. He went 3-for-7 with a double and an RBI in two rehab games with Triple-A Memphis. O'Neill has been disappointing this season, slashing .241/.292/.361 slash line with four home runs, 28 RBI, 22 runs scored, and six stolen bases in 185 plate appearances.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
