2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Tyler O'Neill (leg) left Saturday's contest early with leg cramps after going 2-for-2 in the game. Corey Dickerson came on to relieve him for his at-bat in the fifth inning, and he should be considered day-to-day for now. It's been a frustrating year for O'Neill who has played just 54 games while batting .225 with five homers and eight steals after a breakout 2021 campaign. The initial reaction is that this seems like a minor ailment, but don't be surprised if he were to sit out Sunday's finale with a scheduled off-day on Monday.
