4 years agoOakland Athletics catcher Tyler Soderstrom was invited to big-league camp. The 19-year-old is unlikely to be called up to the majors this season after only getting a short look in 2020 while at the A's alternate site last season. However, the 2020 first-round pick is oozing with potential. He was named the Gatorade California Baseball Player of the Year and batted .364 while playing for the 18-and-under United States national team. Given the dearth of reliable catching options in fantasy, Soderstrom is a name that dynasty managers need to know. Getting a chance to play with major leaguers in spring training is a great start for a promising young prospect.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
